Privacy policy
Short version: Titan Run has no accounts and we run no servers. Your progress stays on your phone. If you watch an ad or buy something, the ad network or app store handles that part under its own privacy policy.
Who we are
Titan Run is made by YR Productions ("we", "us"). For any privacy question, write to support@ruxeu.com.
What stays on your phone
The game saves these on your device only. We never receive them:
- Your progress: coins, gems, gear, heroes, outfits, missions, best scores and badges.
- Your settings: sound, music, vibration, screen shake, sky and swipe sensitivity.
- Your profile: the name and face you choose. The name is never sent anywhere.
- Your purchases and ad rewards, so the game can unlock what you earned or bought.
You can delete all of it at any time with Settings → Reset progress, or by uninstalling the game. Uninstalling also deletes it, and we cannot restore it for you, because we never had a copy. Purchases you made stay with your app store account and can be brought back with Settings → Restore purchases.
What we collect
Nothing. There is no sign-in, and Titan Run does not include analytics or crash reporting. If that ever changes, we will update this policy first and say what is collected and why.
Advertising
Titan Run is free and is paid for partly by ads:
- Optional video ads. You choose to watch one for a reward, such as a revive or double coins.
- An occasional full-screen ad between runs. Never during a run, never on your first day, and not after you have just watched a video or made a purchase.
Buying Remove Ads, or reaching the VIP level that includes it, turns off the full-screen ads.
Ads are delivered through Unity LevelPlay and the ad networks it works with, such as Google AdMob. To show, limit and measure ads and to prevent fraud, these partners may collect from your device:
- your device's advertising ID, and on iPhone the IDFA only if you allow tracking;
- your IP address and rough location (country or region);
- device type, operating system, language and app version;
- which ads you saw or tapped.
Where the law requires it (for example in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland) we ask for your consent before personalised ads are shown, and you can change your choice later. You can also reset or turn off your advertising ID in your phone's settings: on Android, Settings → Privacy → Ads; on iPhone, Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. You will still see ads, but they will not be personalised.
Purchases
In-app purchases are handled entirely by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We never see your card or payment details. The store gives the game a receipt so it can unlock what you bought. See Google's privacy policy and Apple's privacy policy.
Children
Titan Run is meant for players aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you think a child has given us information, write to us and we will help remove it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or California's CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information, and to object to its use. Because we hold no personal information about you, most requests are answered by the controls above. For data held by an ad partner, use that partner's tools or contact us and we will point you to the right place. We do not sell your personal information.
Security
Your save file is checked so it cannot be quietly altered, and the game stores nothing in shared locations on your phone. Data sent by our partners is protected under their own security practices.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. If the change is significant, we will also mention it in the game.
