Terms of use
Play fair, enjoy the game, and know that coins, gems and items are part of the game, not real money.
1. Agreement
By downloading or playing Titan Run you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not play. The rules of the store you downloaded from (Google Play or the Apple App Store) also apply.
2. Your licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play Titan Run on devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. The game, its art, music, characters and code belong to YR Productions or our licensors.
3. Virtual items
Coins, gems, chests, gear, heroes, outfits, VIP time and other in-game items are a limited licence to use content inside the game. They have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be sold or transferred. Your progress is stored on your device. If you delete the game or reset your progress, earned items are lost.
4. Purchases
- Purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store, and their refund rules apply.
- Items you buy once, such as Remove Ads, can be brought back on a new device with Settings → Restore purchases, using the same store account.
- Prices are shown in the store before you pay. The chances of every chest and reward are shown in the game.
- If a purchase is refunded or charged back, we may remove the matching items.
- If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian before buying anything.
5. Fair play
Please do not cheat, modify, reverse engineer or hack the game, edit its save file, or use tools that give an unfair advantage. Doing so can break your progress, and we may not be able to help.
6. Ads
The game shows ads as described in our privacy policy. Rewards for watching a video are given once the video finishes. If an ad fails to load, no reward is given and you can try again later.
7. Changes and availability
We may update, change or stop parts of the game, including its items, prices and events. We try to keep the game running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, YR Productions is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the loss of in-game items or progress. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The new version will be posted here with a new effective date. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.
